I just realized that I never posted anything on Udaipur. At this point I won't put a lengthy post but I'll summarize and put up lots of pictures :) Udaipur was really beautiful. The city is full of lakes with palaces in the middle and is surrounded by lush green hills. The whole time we were there it hardcore monsooned and at least I think my feet were wet for 48 hours. On Saturday we mostly just wandered around on our own and went shopping in the very awesome markets. On Sunday we hired a rickshaw driver as guide and he took us on a really excellent tour of the city. Probably my favorite part of the entire time was taking a boat to one of the islands. The island itself wasn't amazing but the views of the city and the wind off the lake were incredible. I also bought some henna and decorated Amanda's back which was a ton of fun. I hope to keep practicing my novice skills! I'll let the pictures speak for the rest, you can check out the full album on my facebook.
